Itinerary

01

Day 1

Sunday arrival day.
Fly in to Bali DPS where our representatives will be waiting to pick up at the airport and transfer you to your accommodation. Staying in Jimbaran, Canggu, Bali´s hottest destination! located 40 minutes from the airport, you transfer will be smooth and easy.
New arrivals will be coming in all day and you can get to know everyone before you arrive through our whats app and facebook groups. Most people travel solo so do not worry, you will not feel alone.

Day 2

Monday Intro Day & Start Training
We start off with an early morning yoga session to stretch your muscles and ease you into training. Then time for a healthy breakfast (served daily) consisting of a fresh fruit platter, eggs, oats and protein shake (note shakes are excluded on the lean option).
Our team will then conduct an intro session to run you through the timetable. We cover training, excursions, introduction to the area and run you through our Exclusive training APP.
Then the training starts in earnest. With a combination of group Crossfit/ Cross training sessions,Body360 (high cardio), Movement, Wild card Fitness and Metacon, Beach runs and yoga through out the week.
We mix it up so it never gets boring, and the support from the fellow attendees will push you to achieve more each day. Our impressive roster of international trainers will get the most out of your sessions too.
We break for lunch each day with a healthy meal from our delicious menu.
There is open gym access in the afternoon, although many take this time to hit the beaches or explore Bali.

Day 3

Different training classes operate, you will also have a personal training session to train one on one with your own PT. There are various social activities organised which you can join through out the week. For example these might be Volcano trekking, excursions to Finns Beach Clubs, Balinese cooking classes and water park excursions. Local payments apply.

Different training classes operate, you will also have a personal training session to train one on one with your own PT.

Day 6

Friday
Surfs up! On Friday we start the morning with a yoga session, followed by a trip to the surf beaches of Kuta. Our surf instructors will teach you how to surf. You will be back at your accommodation in time for more training in the afternoon.

Day 7

Saturday
Yoga in the morning is a great way to stretch your muscles after the surf session, Or Power through with an Olympic lifting class. After breakfast we run an excursion to Tanalot temple or other iconic locations in Bali.

Day 8

Sunday Check Out Day
Sunday is rest day, the gym is not open on Sundays if you are checking out you will have to vacate your room by 10, but you are welcome to chill by the pool if you have a later flight. If you are staying longer than a week Sundays are great days to explore Bali or hit the beach clubs. Say good bye to your new friends and hello to maintaining a new healthier better you!

    Accommodation

      Staying in a dedicated fitness resort, surrounded by rice terraces: we have shared quad mini dorms with ensuite bathrooms. Dorms are single sex with a max of 4 people per room. Aircon is included in the rooms. There is a refreshing pool in the lush garden . We have security in place and provide a maid service. There is also a laundry service available (at extra local cost) and free wifi
