Itinerary

01

Day 1: Arrive London

Check in to your hotel after 2:00pm and head out into the humming capital of Britain for a sneak peek at what’s to come. At 4:00pm meet up with your Trip Manager and get to know your fellow travellers.

02

Day 2: London to Paris

Welcome to the first day of the best time of your life - we're calling it early! After a few pleasantries in London we'll get the show on the road with Paris in our sights.
A few hours in and your jaws are on the floor already. These chalk cliffs that edge the English coastline are known as the White Cliffs of Dover, the first of many natural beauties we'll see on your trip.
After we ferry across the English Channel for France we'll arrive in Calais, where we will take in the history of World War I while driving past ancient battlefields in the Valley of the Somme.
Kicking off night one, we arrive in none other than the lust-worthy Paris! It's straight down to business with tickets to the observation deck of the Montparnasse Tower.

03

Day 3: Paris

Today you can drool over haute couture, admire the Notre Dame Cathedral whilst juggling coffee and crêpes, & get artsy at the many museums of the Louvre. Just don't wear yourself out, you will probably want to get involved with dinner and the Moulin Rouge cabaret show. With your last night looming, make it one to remember in the city of lights.

04

Day 4: Paris to Bordeaux via Chateau Chambord

Wipe away your tears sad travellers! Paris is not going anywhere, you can always come back and visit her again. You, on the other hand, are going somewhere, and it's somewhere pretty magnificent...
Known as one of the most famous Chateau in the world, Chambord's renaissance vibes will leave you feeling like you've stepped out of a film set. Set in the Loire Valley, this pretty part of the world is one that is sure to be remembered.
Wise folk tell us that wine has been produced in Bordeaux since the 1st Century - that's a long time. Which means they know what they're doing. And it's not just the vino that has dragged us here, it's a damn pretty place to boot including it's famous Miroir d'eau (water mirror).

05

Day 5: Bordeaux to Barcelona via Carcassonne

Breathe in your last breath of Bordeaux before we hit the road in search of Flamenco dancing and Spanish tapas. Hola!
En route to Barcelona we will stop at Carcassonne famous for its medieval fortress town. Perched on a hill and by a river, the romantic structure boasts over 2500 years of history - a noble stop to break up our day.
Well would you look at that for timing, we've pulled into Barcelona just on sangria o'clock. Fate, you've done it again! Tapas and a night exploring the city should have us in the Spanish mood before we know it.

06

Day 6: Barcelona

Cobbled lanes of the Gothic Quarter, Montjuic hilltop vistas, & wild Spanish architecture will season our day to perfection. There's plenty of free time to roam free or take a dip in the Mediterranean sea, just don't tire yourself out - chances are you'll want to partake in the evening of Flamenco fun.

07

Day 7: Barcelona to French Riviera

As smitten as we are by Barcelona, we have more of Europe to conquer. Much, much more...
You're not a real celebrity until you've frolicked on the French Riviera, and who are we to keep you off the A-List? Sapphire waters & endless glamour as we roll through this glitzy coastline.

08

Day 8: French Riviera incl Monaco

Missing an opportunity to see this part of the world up close and personal would be criminal. Speaking of things you shouldn't miss, this region is famous for lavender honey, aioli & rosé wine; all 3 in one meal should be your mission.
A night in glamorous Monaco should complete your day slash life. Get dressed up - we're about to embark on the lifestyle of the rich and the famous.
After a night on the blackjack table it's back to the coast and to bed, the next part of the adventure starts tomorrow.

09

Day 9: French Riviera to Florence via Pisa

After a few days in France you'll be full to the brim with all things French and ready for new ground. Italy, perhaps?
No trip around Europe is complete without seeing the world's most famous #AwkwardLean, the Leaning Tower of Pisa. Once you've got that perfect snap of you holding the thing up like you're Arnold Schwarzenegger, we'll be on the fast-track to Florence.
The dome of Duomo Cathedral sits above the city making certain we know we have arrived in Florence. Tonight you can choose to begin your Tuscan love affair at an optional dinner - think olives, cured meats, crostini & wine.

10

Day 10: Florence to Rome

Farewell Florence - today we have the epicenter of Italy on our horizons. Pizza and piazzas … we can't wait.
After our drift through the rustic Tuscan hillsides of cypress trees and glowing fields, we'll be back city side in the Italian capital of Rome. The Trevi Fountain, Pantheon & Piazza Navona are just some of the icons we'll be casting our eyes upon before the sun sets.

11

Day 11: Rome

You have your very own walking talking guidebook - make the most of it this morning with our Local Guide's optional tour of the Vatican Museums, including the Sistine Chapel and St. Peter’s Basilica.
When in Rome...take an optional guided tour of the Vatican Museums, including the Sistine Chapel and St. Peter’s Basilica. Religious or not, the Vatican's Italian Renaissance church will send shivers down your spine. This is also the day to learn a thing or two about the Colosseum & do a bit of your own exploring. Espressos and people watching should be high priority.
Then hit the streets for your own discoveries. Snap pink azaleas by the Colosseum, throw coins in fountains and sip espresso in a pretty street watching Italian life float by.

12

Day 12: Rome to Sorrento

We have two more pins dropped on the Italian map before our time in Italy is done, and you'll be pleased to know they are both pretty special.
Take in the sweeping cliffside views as we head into gorgeous Sorrento. Breathtakingly beautiful, this part of the world is not to be missed. Arriving into Sorrento, you could opt to visit breathtakingly perfect Positano and the Amalfi Coast this afternoon, making sure your camera is fully on charge for colourful houses cascading down the mountainside in sun-bleached hues. One of the world's most popular places to explore, take to the cobbled streets, maybe stopping for lemoncello treats along the way, as you explore this perfect spot.

13

Day 13: Sorrento to Bari via Pompeii

We'll wave goodbye to Sorrento and the gorgeous Mediterranean ocean this morning. Will we be sad? Urr, nope, not with both the ancient ruins of Pompeii and the equally gorgeous Adriatic on our day's to-do list.
Once a totally vibing hang-out of the Romans, Pompeii is now an archaeological site showing remains of what was destroyed in the year...wait for it...79AD. The saying "stepping back in time" is about to take on a whole new meaning.
Still marvelling at the wonders of Pompeii, our final mainland stop for the day is the Port city of Bari, where we'll hop on board our ferry pointed firmly in the direction of sunny Cofru. Greek island dreams, we're coming for you...

14

Day 14: Corfu

The best version of island time? Greek island time. And you'll settle straight into it on the dream scene of Corfu. A heritage listed old town, water sports aplenty & the option to hit the seas again on a cruise - this is a what your first day in Greece will look like.

15

Day 15: Corfu

Another day, another chance to get salty & eat a smorgasbord of feta, olives and grapevines stuffed with delectable rice. Our time in Corfu is a great way for everyone to try a bit of Greek dancing - why not give it a go at our Ionian Dinner?

16

Day 16: Corfu

Today brings another bout of good times in the sunshine. Why not! With your tan no doubt in full swing, you'll be well schooled on island life and living it up, Greek style.

17

Day 17: Corfu to Overnight Adriatic Ferry

Before we lose all sense of reality and morph into sea-soaked island dwellers, we're making tracks to Venice for a dose of city hangs. Goodbye Greek Islands you gorgeous goddess collective!
Sleep soundly tonight as we drift our way across the Adriatic Sea. Dream of pretty canals filled with storybook gondolas - tomorrow it will be a reality, as we will be back in Italy and you will be able to get your last fix of gelato and espresso's.

Wake-up sleeping beauties! Venice is yours for the entirety of this glorious Italian day. We'll be jumping aboard our own private boat and hitting the canals en route to the historical heart of the city. A guided walking tour and a gondola ride are up for grabs, or you can always choose to get lost on your own and see where the maze takes you.

20

Day 20: Venice to Vienna

Arrivederci, Venice! You've been splendid. We're back on the road through the Dolomite Mountains en route to Vienna, the home of delicious cakes, Mozart and more.
Armed with excitement of what's up next, we arrive in Vienna ready for coffee, sachertorte, also known as what might be the world's greatest chocolate cakeand a serious cultural fix.

21

Day 21: Vienna

A whole day lies ahead to uncover the ethereal Austrian capital. Our Trip Manager will uncover the historical heritage of Schönbrunn Palace, the State Opera House and the gothic St. Stephen’s Cathedral. You will also be swimming in plenty of free time to saunter around art galleries and laze away hours in local coffee houses. An Old Vienna Schnaps Museum & a Mozart and Strauss concert and dinner will prove the perfect introduction for those feeling cultured and curious.

22

Day 22: Vienna to Munich via Mauthausen

Vielen dank, Vienna! We are officially in love with everything you are. We'd stay for another strudel but we've heard about the beer culture in Munich and we're a little bit intrigued...
Before we arrive in mighty Munich, we make a sobering stop at Mauthausen Concentration Camp memorial to remember Germany's turbulent past.
Even when Oktoberfest isn't in full swing, Munich is a treasure trove of Bavarian cultural experiences. After exploring the Old Town and seeing the Glockenspiel & Marienplatz, throw your feet up in a traditional beer hall, downing roasted pork knuckle & a stein of one of Germany’s 5000 brews.

23

Day 23: Munich to Austrian Tyrol

Goodbye Munich, hello mountains. We're hitting the road in search of lands so sweet they made The Sound of Music.
This part of the world is famous for adventure sports, so best put your name next to the optional White Water Rafting and get in the spirit of things. Next up, a quaint Austrian hotel is waiting for us with open arms. Get outside and explore the dreamy setting we've descended upon, or opt for a tandem paraglide for those thrillseekers amongst us or take to the hills like Heidi on a bike ride.

24

Day 24: Austrian Tyrol to Swiss Alps via Liechtenstein and Lucerne

Goodbye gorgeous Gasthof and auf wiedersehen Austrian mountains! A change of scenery is on today's to-do list, & how could we exchange the beauty of Tyrol with anything less than the Swiss Alps...
3 countries in one day - squeal!!! Although just a tiny dot on the map, Liechtenstein is an economically and geographically incredible place, known for its stunning mountain castles. We'll enjoy lunch in its capital, Vaduz, before continuing our journey to Switzerland.
Passing pretty countryside we cruise out of Lichtenstein and find ourselves in Switzerland, pulling up in the fairytale town of Lucerne, famous for its wooden bridges, cobbles lanes and beautiful setting, And chocolate. Don't forget to eat ALL the chocolate.
Tonight, we head to the Alpine heights of Engelberg where we stay in a Swiss mountain hotel.

25

Day 25: Swiss Alps

Open the door of your Swiss lodgings & drink in the incredible view - if you can find words or photos that do it justice, we applaud you! If you're feeling like a walk on the wild side today, there's a Swiss Alps bungy jump up for grabs. Not quite so brave? Perhaps gliding up the slopes of Mt. Titlis Rotair in a rotating gondola will be a sufficient rush. No matter how you play out your day, epic mountain moods are a certainty.

26

Day 26: Swiss Alps to Rhine Valley

Out with the altitude, in with the brand new country. Once we've crossed the border out of Switzerland we will be coasting into beer and wine territory in the castle dotted landscapes of the Rhine Valley.
After the scenic journey of fairytale castles, vineyards and valleys, you'll be charmed before we even arrive in Germany's famous Rhine Valley. Our chosen spot in this gob-smackingly gorgeous valley is St. Goar, complete with castles that belong in the clouds and a free-hanging cuckoo clock. This back-in-time town is our wine tasting host for the evening. Squeal!!! Then we can polish off the mood with a Rhine River Cruise & a look at the art of beer steins.

27

Day 27: Rhine Valley to Amsterdam via Edam

This morning we'll drag you all away from Germany kicking and screaming that you want to stay forever. Only to see you equally infatuated with another dot on the European map hours later...
You know the cheese, and now you're going to know the place that pioneered it. We'll cycle into the countryside squealing at windmills & going hysterical over tulip fields on our way to an actual cheese farm & clog maker's house.
Pretty canals lined with quaint crooked houses and cafes bursting with life. Amsterdam is all that and way more than what you could ever imagine.

28
