Itinerary

01

Day 1

Sunday Arrival Day.
Fly in to Phuket where our representatives will be waiting to pick up at the airport and transfer you to your accommodation. Staying in located 40 minutes from the airport, you transfer will be smooth and easy.
New arrivals will be coming in all day and you can get to know everyone before you arrive through our whats app and facebook groups. Most people travel solo so do not worry, you will not feel alone.

Day 2

Monday Intro Day & Start Training
We start off with an early morning yoga session to stretch your muscles and ease you into training. Then time for a healthy breakfast (served daily) consisting multiple options from a healthy eating menu served at our onsite restaurant.
Then the training starts in earnest. With a combination of group Cross training sessions, Body360 (high cardio), Spinning, Assault Course Work Outs, Olympic Lifting, beach runs and yoga through out the week. You also have open access to a 3 storey airconditioned gym and training equipment worth over 500000 USD.
We mix it up so it never gets boring, and the support from the fellow attendees will push you to achieve more each day. Our impressive roster of international trainers will get the most out of your sessions too.
We break for lunch each day with a healthy meal from our delicious menu.
There is open gym access in the afternoon, although many take this time to hit the beaches or explore Phuket.
Please note the timetable is subject to change and there is a limited timetable during the Songkran festival.

Day 3

Different training classes operate, you will also have a personal training session to train one on one with your own PT. As the days go by you will start to feel a noticeable improvement.

Day 7

Saturday
Saturdays we run beach training sessions or the notorious big Buddha run.

Day 8

Sunday Check Out Day
Sunday is rest day, if you are checking out you will have to vacate your room by 10, but you are welcome to chill by the pool if you have a later flight. Say good bye to your new friends and hello to maintaining a new healthier better you!
If staying longer than one week: The itinerary will repeat as above.

    Accommodation

      Staying at a beautiful resort with in close proximity to campus. We use a range of accommodation options up to 8 minutes walk from the training area. Accommodation has a pool, aircon and wifi.
      •Standard accommodation (ensuite accommodation on site at the bootcamp)
      •Standard Retreat accommodation (an upgraded Botique/Luxury resort 6 to 8 minutes from the camp)
      •Deluxe accommodation (the same resort as Standard Retreat but the rooms come with a separate living area; so they are essentially a suite)
