This tour offers a great glimpse into the once mighty Inca empire. Highlighted by the spectacular trek through cloud and elf forests into Machu Pichu.Overall Rating
Amazing - great mix of fun, adventure and cultural learning.Overall Rating
My overall impression of the Lares Trek Tour was FANTASTIC!!! My main reason for travelling is to "live" the culture of the place that I'm travelling to. This trek through the Andes and its small villages was very humbling to me. This trek put me in the Inca descendants shoes.Overall Rating
The tour was fantastic! Well organised; great tour leader; good hotel and tent accommodation; great food; the porters did a fabulous job. Loved it!Overall Rating
Aly is the best guide ever!!! He was funny, considerate as well as patient to the needs of the group. He knew how to handle the group as well as the porters with a firm hand while also being respectful.Overall Rating
Very well run and excellent customer service throughout the booking process. I did the Inca Trail because it was highly recommended, and I will also highly recommend it.Overall Rating
The Inca Trail was an incredible experience, in so many ways. The scenery was stunning and the journey was truly rewarding. Granted, the altitude made the trek difficult at times, but it was worth every step. We earned every metre of altitude and each km forward. The G Adventures team took fantastic care of us along the way. We're frankly amazed at the level of service.Overall Rating
The tour was excellent. The best part was the unexpectedly fantastic professionalism demonstrated by the Tour Leader Aly Amant, his Assistant Victor, and the various porters.Overall Rating
A really well rounded tour thoughtfully put together with excellent guides who took pride in their country and culture which really shone through. The challenges of the trek were made easier by such a great ground crew who were the silent heroes of the tour and ensured we had all the comforts we needed after a hard day of hiking.Overall Rating
The trip is one of the best things that i have done in my life. The experience will stay with me forever!Overall Rating
